“Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.”
John 14:6 (KJV)
Reflection
Jesus didn’t present himself as one option among many or a set of rules to follow. He made a staggering claim: He is the literal bridge between us and God. Because God is holy and we have all gone our own way, a gap exists that we can’t close on our own. Jesus stepped into that gap. He is the personification of truth and the source of all real life. By dying for every person and rising again, He opened a door that was previously shut. This isn't about God being exclusive or restrictive; it’s about Him providing a guaranteed way home because He wants no one to be lost. The invitation is universal because His love is universal. Jesus is standing there with an open hand, waiting for you to decide. Why not take a closer look at Him today?
