Most of us feel like we have to clean ourselves up or prove our worth before we can approach God. We treat Him like a distant judge or a busy official. He isn't sitting on a throne of judgment waiting to catch you in a mistake; He is sitting on a throne of grace, ready to give you exactly what you lack. Whether you are carrying a heavy secret or just feel overwhelmed by life, you don't have to tip-toe or apologize for needing help. God loves you deeply and invites you to speak to Him honestly.
