“Not by works of righteousness which we have done, but according to his mercy he saved us, by the washing of regeneration, and renewing of the Holy Ghost;”
Titus 3:5 (KJV)
Reflection
We do not reach God by climbing a ladder of our own achievements. No amount of self-improvement or moral effort can bridge the gap between our fragile, dying nature and the infinite life of the Creator. We are saved not because we earned a reward, but because God is merciful and chose to enter our brokenness. He meets us in a physical way, using water and Spirit to wash away the old, decayed self and plant the seed of a new, incorruptible life within us. This is a total renewal—a second birth that restores the beauty we were always meant to have. It is the beginning of a lifelong healing, where His breath slowly transforms our entire being. This new life is available to you today. Turn toward Him and let His mercy begin your transformation.
