“Seek ye the LORD while he may be found, call ye upon him while he is near:”
Isaiah 55:6 (KJV)
Reflection
God is not a distant force or an abstract idea, but a living Person who has drawn close to us. He entered our human experience, taking on our flesh and bone to heal the fracture between the human and the divine. While he is always present, there are moments in our lives when his nearness feels like a cooling breeze or an open door—moments when the noise of the world quietens and the hunger in our hearts becomes clear. These instances are gifts, an invitation to step out of the shadows of our own making and into his light. To seek him is to begin the journey of becoming truly human, letting his life repair what is broken within us. Do not wait for a better version of yourself to appear. Turn toward him now, just as you are, and let him welcome you home.
