I will lift up mine eyes unto the hills, from whence cometh my help. My help cometh from the LORD, which made heaven and earth.

Psalms 121:1-2 (KJV)

Reflection

We often look for help in things we can touch or control—our own strength, our money, or the people around us. But these things eventually shift or crumble like loose soil. To find real stability, we have to look higher, beyond the horizon of our immediate worries, toward the one who brought the mountains and the stars into being. God is not a distant force; he is the source of life itself, actively holding the world together. Because he made every atom of your body and every peak of the earth, he understands your fragility and your worth. He does not watch you from a distance to judge you, but to sustain you. He conquered death to bring you into his own indestructible life. He is near, ready to steady your feet. Turn your heart toward him today; he is waiting to help you.
