“And Jesus said unto them, I am the bread of life: he that cometh to me shall never hunger; and he that believeth on me shall never thirst.”
John 6:35 (KJV)
Reflection
Human life is often a cycle of temporary fixes. We chase things that satisfy for a moment, only to wake up empty and wanting again. But Christ reveals that our deepest hunger isn't for something we can acquire; it is a hunger for God Himself. He calls Himself the Bread of Life because he offers something more than information or a moral code. He offers his own life to heal the hollow ache in the human heart. By uniting ourselves to him, we find a source of life that death cannot touch and a fulfillment that the world cannot drain. This is not a metaphor for a feeling, but a reality where God nourishes our parched souls with his own presence. Step into the light of his presence today; he is waiting to feed you.
