“And the Spirit and the bride say, Come. And let him that heareth say, Come. And let him that is athirst come. And whosoever will, let him take the water of life freely.”
Revelation 22:17 (KJV)
Reflection
Life often feels like an endless search for something to fill a quiet, aching void. We try to satisfy this hunger with achievements, possessions, or distractions, but the thirst always returns. This longing is not a flaw; it is the soul recognizing that it was made for the infinite. God does not stand far off, judging our emptiness. Instead, He offers Himself as the source of vitality that actually heals. Through His Church—the communion of those who have begun to taste this reality—He extends a universal invitation. There is no entrance fee and no complex roadmap to follow. There is only the simple, honest act of approaching the One who conquered death to give us his own life. If you feel that inner dryness, do not wait. Turn toward Christ and drink.
