“For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.”
Romans 6:23 (KJV)
Reflection
Living in opposition to the design of our own existence has a natural consequence: we wither. When we turn away from the Source of life to serve our own shadows, we aren't being punished by a vengeful deity; we are simply experiencing the decay that comes from being unplugged from Reality. Death is the end of that road, a spiritual and physical breakdown. But God does not leave us in the grave. He became human to reach into our brokenness and pull us out. Eternal life isn't just a long time spent elsewhere; it is a share in God’s own indestructible life, offered freely to heal our fragmentation. Christ has broken the power of death by entering it, offering you a way to become truly human again. Turn toward Him today and begin the journey home.
