Reflection

In Christ, we do not find a mere teacher or a legal advocate, but the incarnate Life itself. As the Fathers teach, God became what we are so that we might become what He is. He is the Way because He has bridged the chasm between the created and the Uncreated, trampling down death to open the path of theosis. Our salvation is not a courtroom transaction, but a healing of our broken nature through communion with the Holy Trinity. Because we are created in His image, we are called to cooperate with His grace, freely uniting our will to His light. By dwelling in Him, the Truth, our darkened minds are restored to clarity and peace. Let us set aside all worldly shadows and turn toward Christ, the source of our eternal life.
