“Then spake Jesus again unto them, saying, I am the light of the world: he that followeth me shall not walk in darkness, but shall have the light of life.”

Reflection

Christ does not merely point toward a destination; He is the Light who penetrates the cold shadows of our mortality. As the risen Son of God, He has trampled down death by death, transforming our existence from a graveyard into a garden of communion. To follow Him is to begin the process of theosis, where the soul is healed of its fragmentation and the human heart begins to reflect the uncreated fire of His divinity. This path requires our active cooperation—a free turning of the will to meet His boundless grace. In the synergy of our struggle and His mercy, the darkness of isolation withers away. We are being restored to our original beauty, invited to share in the very life of the Holy Trinity. Turn now toward the Light who is Christ and begin your healing.
