“I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me.”
Philippians 4:13 (KJV New Testament)
Reflection
In the light of the Resurrection, we see that Christ has trampled down death, shattering the chains of our infirmity. St. Paul’s words are not a boast of individual willpower, but a confession of *synergy*—the mysterious cooperation between human freedom and divine grace. We are not saved by a legal decree, but by a living union with the Great Physician who restores our fractured nature. As we participate in His life, His strength becomes our health, and His victory becomes our peace. Salvation is this gradual ascent toward *theosis*, where our weakness is swallowed up by His inexhaustible life. Through the sacraments and a life of prayer, we are knit into His Body, finding the power to endure all things in love. Open your heart to this transforming communion and turn toward Christ.
