Deuteronomy 28:23
“What is meant by "a heaven of brass"? Absolute dryness and lack of aerial waters through which the earth produces its fruits.”

22The Lord smite thee with distress, and fever, and cold, and inflammation, and blighting, and paleness, and they shall pursue thee until they have destroyed thee.
