Jeremiah 31:4
“(Verse 4) And again I will build you, and you shall be built, O virgin Israel: you shall again be adorned (or crowned) with your timbrels, and you shall go forth in the dance of them that make merry. And he says again: I will build you up, and you will be built up, O virgin Israel. Let us understand this specifically…”
4Again I will build thee, and thou shalt be built, O virgin of Israel: thou shalt again be adorned with thy tabrets, and shalt go forth in the dances of them that make merry.
